Why you should invest in group coaching

Updated: Feb 1, 2023

Group coaching may sound intimidating, or like getting together with a bunch of people to vent and complain. But in reality it's an opportunity to grow, network and learn alongside like-minded people.

Livlyhood Career Confidence Coaching has helped hundreds of professionals improve their careers by giving them clarity in they direction, improving interview skills and helping them become more marketable. Group coaching gives my clients an opportunity to get access to the same information and guidance as my 1:1 clients for a much more cost-effective price.

As part of your group coaching, you'll get access to all of my Career Confidence Courses and weekly group coaching sessions. We'll set goals together and go over topics like time management, imposter syndrome, resume review and communicating more effectively.

This opportunity could be the difference between a raise in your current company, or not. Finding the right fit as you start your job search, or not. Or simply enjoying your job more because you've created new boundaries for yourself.

Don't take my word for it, here's what my past group coaching clients have to say:

"This has been a wonderful opportunity. I get so caught up in just getting my overwhelming amount of work done that I don’t often take time out to focus on professional development. That said, I am so glad I had this awesome opportunity because I feel like I will be walking away armed with some crucial information designed to me grow professionally." Christie, Project Manager

"I really enjoyed the group aspect of the coaching. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and passion these past few weeks, it's been invaluable. I am really looking forward to next week's session!" Emily, HR

"I have found the coaching to be extremely helpful. I already feel so much more empowered and ready to tackle my new role. For me, the accomplishment tracker has also been a game changer. I always struggle with asking for a raise/bonus and this I think is a great way to track things and go into my meetings at the end of the year really confident." Brandie, Executive Director
